Qadisha. The Mass Will be
celebrated in 21-7-2007,
at 7:00Pm (Entrance of becharry).

Saint. ...On the entrance of Becharry, Saydet Qadisha stands on the top of the
Valley. |

Queen of the Hermits, called also Queen of the Saints,
Mary is today honored as Lady of Qadisha for the first time in the Maronite
Modern History. This name was given to introduce the devotion of the Maronite
Hermits & Saint who lived in the Valley, to Mary. However, Our Lady Of
Qadisha is a project prepared to become a hospital
Our Lady Of Qadisha
was Founded in 1990 with the encouragement of all those who believed in this
project. It was recently prepared to become a sacred place, a place of
devotion, prayer, meditation & Maronite life. This term was given , for the
first time, to the Virgin Mary, Queen & Lady of the Sacred Valley. However,
Our Lady Of Qadisha is a project prepared to become a hospital.
The
Qadisha Valley is some of the most ancient Christian monastic communities of
the Middle East, including Deir Qannoubine which used to be the See of the
Maronite Patriarch, Deir Mar Elisha and Deir Mar Antonios Qozhaya . |
